For this audio, it could almost be like an asmr and visualization thing. You don’t have to be in character, just describing things like growing out her body hair, how overtime slowly thickens and grows. She goes barefoot more as her feet get dirtier. She’s ok with sweating and being dirtier in general. Stuff like that but mostly feet and body hair focus."
