The production is the world premier of Actual Throat by o’rourke, in which i played the mysterious lead role of The Metal Woman. “This story follows Fiona, an in and out of work, hobby obsessed, individual who recently dug up a metal arm. A metal arm that has evaded the life prescribed to it by its original maker, now becoming the active agent in her own life as she pursues Fiona through her dreams, unknowingly replicating the only relationship pattern she knows: obsession. This play is an exploration on the murky line between reality and unreality. How unreality becomes a haven when real life feels dark, and the morality of our actions in our dreams.”
