This aromatic bundle includes nylon ankle socks, a sweaty T shirt, my sweaty panties and sports bra. I run 5k distance and train hard twice a week. I do a 1hr running session usually with series of fartlek or hill running always with a 20min warm up run. I sweat hard. Including a short video.
