My nose has been so plugged up with snot lately! I hold down one nostril while blowing as hard as I can out the uncovered nostril. Thick boogers ooze out of my nose and down to my lips! I try my best to clear out each nostril, playing with the mucus in between blowing. When it finally feels like there's no more boogies coming out, I twist up bathroom tissue and use it to scrape around inside my nostrils to get the last remains of snot!
