Sadistic nurse Reagan Lush thinks she can wash the sins form her patient Sadie homes. She leads Sadie in by her hair pushing her down to her knees and shoving her head into the water. Sadie is defenseless in her straight-jacked and screams and curses at Reagan as who scrubs her hair roughly with lots of shampoo. Reagan is angered by Sadie is filthy mouth and decides it needs a good cleaning too. She grabs a sponge on a stick, loads it was shampoo and then scrub Sadie's mouth of violently with it. The more Sadie screams the more shampoo Reagan piles on her head. She brutally washes Sadie's hair and face and mouth shoving her head repeatedly under the water and turning her into a big wet screaming mess. Reagan is determined to teach the sinful sick Sadie a lesson. She gets sadistic pleasure out of the power she has over her patient, using an entire bottle of shampoo to clean away Sadies filth.
