Well fruit is definitely alive when you eat it. And the same thing holds true for the orange that Casey is ingesting. He puts a slice in his mouth and has his way with it. Moving it around and teasing it or chewing it to bits. Or both. It's up close on his mouth and sometimes pulls back so you can see his neck when he swallows it, moving it down inside him with his strong throat. Deeeelish!
