It's the middle of winter and freezing. A friend dares me to go to a very public parking garage located in the downtown area of a big city..and pants myself. I'm not one to turn down a dare, especially one involving public nudity ;) I accept the challenge..I go so far as to take my pants fully off and walk up and down the stairs of the parking garage in the freezing cold. There's a bit of flashing..a bit of booty shaking..a bit of shivering. A lot of public nudity.
