This is a basic flow that anyone can do in a chair. There is teaching throughout the practice. If you are looking start a yoga practice, this is the perfect way to dip your toes in the water. Please join me for a light yoga practice designed to help stretch the spine and the legs. Notice: I am a certified yoga teacher. Yoga is suitable for most body types, though, if you are unsure if it is right for you, please check with a physician first.
