It's time to stretch these long little tootsies out! We start in a resting pose, just letting my toes lay there and relax for a few moments. Next we will start to warm them up with slow gentle wiggling and moving on to some nice slow spreading and tapping. Now that we're warmed up, it's time to really get into it. I spread my toes wide on one foot and then the next foot and then both feet together, with some close-ups so you can see the pose fully. I scrunch my toes up and then let each toe out individually before doing some alternate toe scrunching on each foot. They are feeling really great and loose after all this stretching so we come back into resting pose with some delicious close-ups of each single beautiful toe and then start to tap a little to wake up again.
