I was fresh out of the shower, my hair still wet, and about to start doing a little morning yoga when some hiccups come over me! I quickly turn on the camera before trying to carry on with my stretching routine but those pesky hiccups certainly aren't helping. Trying to focus on my breathing is difficult when I can't control the strong contractions that ripple my belly. My diaphragm tightens over and over while I move through my poses, clearly affecting my ability to balance and hold the stretches and each hiccup is like a mini electric shock of suprise. Luckily for me by the time I've worked through what I need to the hiccups seem to have dissipated! I'm sure it won't be long until they're back to bother me again though ;)
