I'm continuing my apena training down at the beach in my wetsuit. I like to wear a dive mask with a tape gag for two reasons. The first reason is so that you guys can see I'm not cheating and it’s a lot clearer when I am holding my breath. The second reason is because I'm a bit of a kinky minx who just loves to wear a tape gag on a beach with people wondering what on earth I am doing haha! My breath hold times get better with each attempt however I don't seem to be improving as much as I like yet. In fact my times are no better than the first video I made of my training. After I shot this video I decided too hire a professional free diver to give me some lessons and I will of course be filming them for Kinky Splash. I have three attempts of holding my breath as long as possible.
