I just got back from the gym and couldn't seem to get my heart rate up high enough. Good thing my human carpet is laying around waiting for my return. I stand on him and trample him with my rancid smelling trainers and leave sneaker tread marks all over his body. There is nothing like getting my veins pumping when I'm working a trample bottom over with my strong legs and 130lbs. He can't help but lay there and take it while I finish my workout cool down all over his body.
