Lizzy was involved in accident that resulted in incontinence. She was sent to a rehab facility for a couple days for some physical therapy. Lizzy is not happy about being sent to this facility but even more so, she's unhappy about being sent there with pull ups on! She's an adult and doesn't need to be wearing these dumb things. Dr Evans comes in to check on Lizzy and see how she's adjusting. What she finds is a very grumpy young lady who talks back and is ungrateful for the help that the staff and facility are trying to provide. Dr Evans tries to sympathize with Lizzy but the bratty patient doesn't want to hear it. All she wants is to be able to go home. In the middle of her complaining, Dr Evans checks her pull up and discovers that its soaked! She asks Lizzy if she remembers wetting herself to which Lizzy says no she doesn't. Dr Evans knows what this means, if she can't even feel when she's wetting herself, she'll have to be given diapers instead of pull ups. She tells this to the young patient who then becomes even more upset! Dr Evans threatens her that if she doesn't comply and she continues to be difficult, that things will go from nice to hard very fast! Lizzy doesn't believe her and quickly finds herself over the doctors lap for a firm spanking. Dr Evans spanks Lizzy on her bottom, her pull ups clearly sticking out from underneath her shorts. Lizzy is spanked and scolded until she understands her place here at the rehab facility. With a sore bottom and soaked pull ups, Lizzy is instructed to lay on couch for her first diaper. Dr Evans grabs a thick white diaper, powder and wipes to change Lizzy out of her wet pull up. The soaking wet pull up is removed and a clean, fluffy, white diaper is placed underneath her pink bottom. Dr Evans cleans her up, powders her and then tapes on Lizzy's diaper. The young patient isn't thrilled with the situation but at least she isn't getting spanked anymore. Lizzy is told a few more things about her stay at the facility and is given instructions to stop by the nurses station before heading down to the cafeteria for dinner. She won't be allowed to change herself while at the facility, the nurses must check her before she goes to eat with the rest of the patients. Slowly but surely Lizzy will adjust to her new life in diapers.
