Finger Gagging Cupcake

Cupcake comes over for what she thinks is a dentist appointment, but is actually me putting a dental gag in her mouth and checking her gag reflex. Turns out I’m not a dentist, but a fuckdoll inspector seeing if Cupcake is a good candidate for our new program. Lots of gagging, drooling, and spit.
