When degenerate gambler Sammy Solo shows up a grand short on his pay off for her, Penny is more excited about punishing him than she is mad about the missing cash. She makes him stand with his pants down while she counts his payment and then offers him a real devil’s bargain to erase some of his debt. Penny will credit him a hundred bucks for every inch of dick he has above the average but he owes two hundred per inch if he is below.
