Mrs Johnson loves the house Mr. Nuttz just showed her but is a bit short on the asking price. There is another buyer interested, L, who arrives and wants to close the deal. He has the entire sum and is ready to sign. Mrs. Johnson begs Mr. Nuttz to give her a chance to come up with the difference but he has a better idea. An indecent proposal, which L is immediately in agreement to participate in. Mrs. Johnson is reluctant but she really wants the house so she goes to the back with them to see if she can win the deal.
