With the quarantine going on people are still trying to work out and get in-shape for summer, to get that perfect body. Some of my thin friends have been trying to work out at home and I figured now is a perfect time to show off my weight gain. I'm 50lbs heavier than one of my last workout videos and being over 300lbs now, I wanted to show off how well I can or can't do certain exercises. In this video I try the following: sit-ups, lunges, burpees, running in place, a plank, jumping jacks, pushups and a few yoga poses. I struggle hard through these exercises, my fat rolls getting in the way, and by the end of it I'm exhausted and all I want to do is eat. The only "workouts" I want to do from now on are from the couch to the fridge!
