After not weightlifting for two years, a naked and makeup-less Nicole decides to do a workout in her garage. She starts off with bicep curls and does jumping jacks in between. She moves onto S-curls with more jumping jacks in between. Then Nicole sits down for concentrated curls, really focusing on squeezing at the top. These are followed by barbell curls, Russian twists, and more barbell work extending above her head. Nicole then does squats.
