Welcome to the Workout Wolfe Pack video number two! Today, I am going to be focusing on the calves (because My are sexy AF, and because men tend to need work in the calf department) and biceps (because I have not been working Mine as much as I could, and because I absolutely love strong arms on men). I have already gone for a run with wrist weights and done two yoga flows today, but I'm going to warm up with you anyway by doing some jump rope. Then, W/we'll go into two sets of calf raises and bicep curls... and finally W/we'll close out by combining the calves and biceps as you stand up on your toes while making your biceps work while you jerk it for Me!
