Hello Workout Wolfe Pack! I am very excited to present to you workout number five! There's a Noreaster happening outside, so yesterday I did a full one hour stair workout for you. I made it up as I went, just as I do when I'm alone. Because this is something I do often, it felt normal and easy as I was doing it. It wasn't until I was editing the video that I realized how truly exceptional it was; the workout and the way I filmed it. I keep it moving for the entire time; running, jumping, and dancing up and down the stairs, while instructing and encouraging you to keep up with Me.
