Breasts Expanding During A Workout

I come to you for some personal training. You hand me a water bottle filled with your special water and we get to work. As we go, my breasts begin to swell bigger and bigger. I ask if you notice, however you deny that you see any changes. (even though it's all part of your plan!) I do some more workout moves, finding them more and more difficult as my breasts fill with your special water. At the end, I freak out and leave, trying my best to zip up my jacket. I come back some time later and mention that everything is fine and it's just overactive lactation glands or something (lol). We workout some more and this time my butt begins to swell. I have difficulty doing most of the moves because of the added weight. With my butt swelling, I get nervous once more and leave the gym.
