Welcome to Workout Wolfe Pack video number 12! This week, I am focusing on stretching. Most people are not taught about the importance of stretching, or how to stretch properly, and I think that is a problem. It's a problem because people aren't as comfortable and healthy as they could be. But more importantly, it's a problem, because I am incredibly turned off by inflexibility. you don't want to be a turn off for Me, right? Good. So, you'll follow along and do this video every day, until you're as flexible as I am. Now, before W/we start, you need to ensure your muscles are warmed up. My preference, of course, is that you do so by doing one of My other workout videos. Are you ready? Great. Let's get started.
