
This is my first time playing RingFit on the Switch and I gotta say, I ended up sweaty and only a lil sore the next day. The video is 3 clips (sets) and I talk about what's going on in game for me, how I feel about certain exercises, what features I like about the game, and various things before getting utterly exhausted and not wanting to finish it by the end lol. Also, there's a lot of squats, jumping, yoga, etc. In short shorts that ride up a LOT.
