This video is a first time for two things: my voice in a video (yes, I am TALKING!) and the use of body fat calipers which I've never tried or owned before in my life. Using the 7-Site Skinfold Protocol (Jackson and Pollock), I attempt to measure and calculate the total body fat I've added to my frame with my months of laziness and overeating.
