As the clip begins, former Doctor Daisy Quinn sits on the floor of her very annoyed former colleague floor playing with her toys in her t-shirt and diaper; she looks nothing like the brilliant doctor she once was, before succumbing to the effects of the ABFlu (See A Case of the ABFlu). A stressed out Doctor Lizzy James enters and reminds Daisy she is to be on her best behavior with Doctor Kira, Daisy just keeps babbling causing Doctor James to have a headache “Here just put your binkie in” as Doctor James tries to put Daisy’s binkie in her mouth, the adultbaby bites her on the hand “OUCH YOU BRAT!” Doctor James screams but quickly composes herself as Doctor Kira enters. She apologizes for keeping them so long, Doctor James stammers a bit as she feels the changes coming on. Doctor Kira remarks that Daisy’s case of the AB Flu seems to have mutated and that she’s extremely contagious Doctor James looks worried and stammers out a question about cures or treatments and Doctor Kira informs her sadly that once someone is infected it's only a matter of time before they totally regress. Doctor Kira notices Doctor James start to regress before her professional clothing vanishes and she is left in a diaper and t-shirt just like Daisy. “SISSY!” Daisy cries out and hugs Lizzy who cries a bit as her intelligence fades away. Doctor Kira finds this fascinating, she remarks she’s never had a patient who just was infected, she immediately tries to examine Lizzy, she asks her some very simple questions and find her answers laughably wrong although better than Daisy who keeps trying to answer for Lizzy. Doctor Kira pulls out a tongue depressor “say ahh” she says but Lizzy shakes her head, Doctor Kira repeats herself and the now regressed Lizzy giggles as Doctor Kira shoves the tongue depressor in her mouth. She yelps in pain as Lizzy bites her . The two regressed girls giggle as Doctor Kira panics and becomes very dizzy and finds herself in a diaper and t-shirt like the others. “No no no it’s not fair!” she whines as she realizes her brain is slowly fogging up. Daisy and Lizzy look at each other then her and begin to laugh “what!?” she whines Both girls pat their new little sisters diaper, as Kira throws a tantrum both girls giggle as they distract her with a stuffie, which distracts the three former doctors from their humiliating new fates.
