Sensei decides we need to try a new exercise to help strengthen my muscles.... she has me lay on the floor and proceeds to stand on top of my body... trampling my thighs.... my abs... my tits... and my face.... she tells me that this will make me stronger... she makes me feel the power of her strong karate feet as I lay beneath her.... she is training me to be tough and disciplined with each step, jump and stomp of her karate trample.....
