Blowing my nose, I inhale very deeply and blow my nose as hard and loud as I can. I use 2 hands to blow my nose and I open and show you the tissues after blowing my nose into them. I have clothes on and a little bit of makeup and I sit close to the camera, and do this seated. I blow as many loud honking nose blows as possible and rest as needed.
