Hi this is the first legit harness i learned and its a staple in rope art and harness design. The thick band on the torso is good for comfort and the bands lay on the shoulders rather than the neck. These features make it a great beginners harness in my opinion. I hope i was able to explain the movements well. Describing what to do with words is tricky! I'll improve. Enjoy the video -Selkie
