After a major surgery, Goddess Rican is placed on bed rest and assigned a male caregiver to assist with daily activities. While Rican lays on the couch, she notices her caregiver eyeing her dirty soles. She calls him out on his fetish for dirty feet when he repeatedly tries to touch them without her permission. Rican immediately reminds him that her feet are precious and only those who pay their tributes get access to them.
