What does it mean to be a well-kept pet for a mistress? A pet doesn’t get any human privileges, but they will get pampered however their mistress sees fit. First, you’ll be tightly collared and leashed so I know where you are at all times. Perhaps we’ll play with your squeaky toy? Play fetch? We can play all sorts of puppy games. Every mealtime, you’ll be kneeling at my feet, lapping from your bowl and eating whatever slop your mistress has served. It will be the most delicious meal you’ve ever eaten, every time. We’ll go for walks around the neighborhood, and maybe if the ladies think you’re cute you’ll get a little scratch under your chin. If you’re bad, you’ll go into your kennel where I can keep my eye on you and make sure you don’t get into any more trouble. And when you’re a good boy, I’ll let you curl up on the bed by my feet – just like the well-kept pet that you are.
