Scarlett is in her underwear, blindfolded and bound to the bed by her wrists and ankles. A tickler enters and begins to teasingly tickle her stomach, ribs and upper body...all the way up to her arm pits and back down again. Then he tickles more intensely, making her laugh even louder. She's muffled with a tape gag, and the intense upper body tickle torment continues. No amount of struggling will help her escape, and she continues to be tickled until she is exhausted.
