You decide to visit a witch, but it turns out she isn't just any kind of witch. This witch is a balloon witch! She casts her spell on you: "This mortal's fate is ending soon as his fate is tied to this balloon" as she pulls a balloon from between her breasts. You notice you feel a bit funny, and you should, as she has just turned you into a balloon. She inflates you until you're tightening, amused by your growth. Once you're full of air, she ties you. Then she puts you out of her misery, and pulls a pin from her hair and pops you.
