"At work, Akira gets such a stressful call that causes to a sharp pain in her chest. She talks for a minute but tells them that she isn’t feeling well and will have to call them back. Hoping it helps, she goes to the counter to get some water in hopes it will help loosen the tightness in her chest. She feels a heaviness and sharp pain in her chest. Leaning over the counter, head down, she tries to control her breathing. She unbuttons her shirt a little and clutches her chest, trying to catch her breath but its hard! Moving to the bed, Akira tries to breathe as she takes her heels off and lay down on with her feet up. Writhing, she feels the pain getting worse as she pushes, clutches, and grabs on her chest trying to feel better. After a while she sits up but the room is spinning! Her eyes roll back and your breathing is heavy as you get she gets her heels back on. She gets another phone call and she can barely respond. Her breath is heavy, breathy, raspy. Again, lots of gasping, eye rolls, turning red, and such as was in the "thrusting the gag" video. She tells them to call you an ambulance. She can barely talk and is clutching your chest and gasping for air. She drops the phone and falls to your hands and knees. You crawl all the way to your front door gasping and desperate. She unlocks the door and collapses to the ground in pain, clutching her chest. Someone walks in the last second to save her! This video would have a lot of grimacing, gasping, grabbing your chest, heavy breathing.
