Deep breaths in and deep breaths out, you can do this! Put your arms around your life jacket like a cuddle and feel how safe you are. You are not alone, we are with you. Zoe puts on her bright yellow waterproof gear and we both put on our life jackets. We fasten them nice and tightly to make them extra secure. It feels like a nice warm cuddle. Make sure you blow your whistle if you need to attract our attention and we will be there. Just relax, stay calm, we won’t be long. Zoe uses the mouthpiece to inflate her life jacket.
