Many years ago, I read about how it was common back in the cowboy days (and even now at times) for the the men traveling by horseback or wagon to camp together on long rides. They would sit around the fire, talk and tell stories, and frequently they would masturbate. Sometimes just as a release, and other times to bond and connect. In other cultures and periods of our history, there have been masturbation ceremonies involving “seeding” the fire with semen.
