Mitzie is a a puppy being teased with a "treat". This treat is a delicious tiny person that is being held above her, (the camera see's from the tiny persons POV). Mitzie jump at, bite and lick at the treat/tiny person, she really want to eat the treat she is getting playful and excited. She gets allowed to taste and get close to the treat a few times until eventually she eat him. She licks herself a bit and ahe is satisfied.
