Thanks for seeing me today Doctor... I have something a little strange and embarrassing that I've come to see you about. My breasts are just so sore and wont stop tingling. All I can do to help it is to touch them all day long. I really can't keep going about my days touching my breasts all the time. Do you think you could help me? The only thing that has helped so far is to oil my tits up and rub them. But sometimes it gets so bad that all I want to do is rub my breasts up against strangers.
