Last time you punished me, you made me stay in a kneeling position for an hour. I failed three times, during that hour, so you caned me very hard yesterday, and today you've ordered me to do three different stress position challenges for 10 minutes (or until I can't hold the position any more), followed by 15 minutes kneeling on dried rice after each challenge. In the first challenge, I have to squat, with my feet flat on the floor, and my hands on top of my head. My butt almost but not quite touches the floor, so it becomes very difficult, very fast. Once that's over, I kneel up, on the painful dried rice, facing the wall for 15 minutes. My legs can hardly work by the end!
