I am a doctor and a male patient comes in with pain in his groin. He is embarrassed to tell me but finally relents and tells me his balls got hit. I ask him to take off his pants and underwear so I can check them out. I cusp them, feeling to see if they are okay. As I am holding them he tells me he got hit in the nuts by a girl because he cheated. I then grip his balls tighter, making sure he understands that cheating is bad. Eventually I let go and then I start boxing his balls, laughing at the pain you are causing. After I let him catch his breath I make him stand up and face the other way. I kick his nuts so hard you feel like you heard one of them pop. I look at his balls and start laughing at the purple color they turned to. Finally I decide to finish him off by grabbing hisnuts one more time. But then I squeeze and pull which makes them burst. At first I am very concerned but then start laughing, saying how thankful I am to not have testicles. I let him know that he probably cant cheat again because his nuts are useless.
