Being a health professional I really do know better than to smoke but I just can't help myself - I am addicted! Coming home from work after a long day of nursing I enjoy nothing more than indulging in a cigarette. Because I do not want the smell of cigarette to permeate my uniform I do prefer to smoke just in my latex suspenders & nylon stockings. I will become your new addiction!
