when i first clicked on a yoga video, i tried to go straight into kemetic yoga, which in my opinion is a lot more physically and mentally demanding than your average yoga video. focusing a lot on your breath rhythm as well as the movements. it had been so long since i was physically active it all was just a little overwhelming, i needed something simple that i could do every day. i started to see tremendous flexibility growth with a matter of a few days & some of these “stretches” are actually yoga poses !! like the cat cow i do at the very beginning !! it was a nice gradual introduction into yoga for beginners and it’s a great way to get your body moving in the morning also my red toes look absolutely freaking adorable
