Through this pandemic I've been consuming so much coffee! Recently I got an espresso machine, so I've really been going hard on -a lot- of strong coffee. I also have not been to the dentist through this pandemic, so no regular cleanings. My bad habits have led to a lot of discoloration, especially my lower teeth and my premolars and molars! I use a few different mouth spreaders so you can see the entirety of my mouth up close and personal. I chat about my broken crown, how it broke in the first place (long ago), my dental hygiene, my cavities and more! Very through mouth tour with lots of detail and views of my espresso stained teeth.
