(originally a custom) You've been doing your best to gain weight and it's time to check in with Nurse Summer to see how much progress you've made. You seem familiar to her, but you've put on so many pounds she doesn't quite recognize you before looking at your chart. After announcing how much weight you've put on, she does an examination of your growing belly and points out some new rolls you've added to your developing body. She then moves on to your treatment for the day - a full plate of cookies. With medical gloves on, she hand feeds you each cookie until you've finished every crumb.
