I spend a large part of this video just naturally hiccupping. Many times, some deep, some full body convulse and some mouth closed tight hiccups. Finally I open up and tell you a medical condition and how long I've had it and how long it has effected me with hiccups, I even share times hate the hiccups the most, and what foods specially triggers them. I stretch, breath try different ways to slow them down or stop them. I hiccup through out sharing my fears when hiccups come on.
