Custom Video- No Names used- You are in competition for a position at My company.  I am looking for an assistant and I call you and another potential applicant.  I ask you both to sit down and I begin telling you what I am looking for.   You begin arguing with the other applicant and I tell you to shut up.  The best way to determine who will "measure up" for the position is standing up, dropping your pants and measuring who has the biggest dick and largest balls!!!!
