Jasper is feeling awful devious as she has Akira tied up, and the only way that she is going to untie Akira is if she smokes and finishes an entire cigarette. Akira is visibly upset with being made to smoke, but she doesn't have any choice in the matter as Jasper giggles and shoves a cigarette in her mouth and lights it up as she smokes her own little "healthy" vape. Jasper teases Akira who doesn't have the use of her hands to do even basic things like ashing the cigarette, which Akira desperately tries to without getting coated in ashes, as every single breath she takes is filled with smoke and nicotine.
