Scene One Synopsis (~5 minutes) So the scene opens in a windowless room as I’m starting to wake up, sitting in a chair. You’ll then approach the camera with a roll of duct tape and make it appear you’re wrapping it around my mouth several times. Then you’ll pause, look at me, smile, and say, “Remember me?” As I’m alarmed to recognize you, you’ll remind me of the deal that we had. After running up bet debts with your mobster husband Billy, we had worked an arrangement where I made monthly payments to you instead. After learning I was engaged, it amused you to make the additional requirement that I had to be the bride at my wedding. (What does this sentence mean?) While I tried my best, eventually the engagement ended despite your strict orders to make it work. Out of fear, I ran away to another city and stopped paying you, but you tracked me down, adding in a sinister tone: “And now you’re below deck on Billy’s yacht. You've heard what happens to anyone who crosses us.” .Scene Two Synopsis (~5 minutes) Start by asking me if I like the taste of soap. Tell me you put a large bar of soap in my mouth because I’m not only a coward for running away but a liar for promising I would pay back my debts and be the bride at my wedding. Also, tell me that with all the duct tape covering my mouth that I’ll never be able to spit it out. Tell me you’ve also handcuffed my wrists behind my back. And then you’ll point out I have concrete shoes (feet and ankles encased in cement inside a metal washtub). You and Billy are on your way from New York to Bermuda. The boat is 200 miles from the east coast. The Atlantic Ocean here is nearly a mile deep. And you’re planning to drop me into the water. You’ll note how clean this method is…nothing to clean up and no evidence of a crime after the sea creatures clean up. Scene Three Synopsis (~3 minutes) Next, let me know it’s about time to go for a swim, but you need to check if the other crew members are ready to help. Then you’ll leave me alone for the scene’s duration, while I struggle in vain to free myself! Scene Four Synopsis (~5 minutes) When you return, you’ll let me know my struggles are cute but pointless, and that you’re sorry to tell me, that it’s time to rest with the fishes. Then tell me that, similar to a pirate, you want to blindfold me before I walk the plank. You can even joke that I can’t walk the plank with cement shoes, but you’re happy to help drop me in the water. Approach me with a blindfold, preferably a silk scarf or other soft fabric. I’ll resist. You’ll threaten to squirt mace in my eyes and let me know it will blind me and be extremely painful if you’re made to use that. At that point, let you blindfold me. The camera can go dark when you do this and be audio-only for the remaining time Scene Five Synopsis (~3 minutes) You’ll narrate for me how Billy’s henchmen are carrying me up the stairs. You’ll explain how nice the weather is and it’s a great night for a swim, though unfortunately, the water is really cold (~ 50 degrees). You could also tell me you’ve seen sharks swimming nearby as well. You’ll tell Billy’s guys to place me at the edge of the deck. Tell me you’re checking that my handcuffs are nice and tight. Pause for about 10 seconds and then ask if I’m ready. Tell me you’ll count backward from ten and then you’ll push me in. Once you get to 1, wish me a “good night’s rest with the fishes” and if possible, make a sliding sound and/or splash indicating the fate of our unfortunate POV character.
