Professor Rae has called Sydney in to discuss her research paper on memorization. Sydney sits down on the couch and slips her shoes off to get comfortable.  As they discuss Professor Rae's issues with the paper, Sydney suggests Professor Rae slip her shoes off.  Professor Rae declines, but without realizing it, she does slip off her shoes.  Moments later, Sydney suggests Professor Rae put her feet in Sydney's lap.  Professor Rae wants to keep the conversation professional, but again without even realizing what she is doing, she slips her feet into Sydney's lap.  As they talk, Sydney massages Professor Rae's pantyhose feet, and Professor Rae doesn't know it's happening.  She is slowly falling into Sydney's spell...   According to Professor Rae, there are three issues with the paper:   Sydney claims that anyone can be mesmerized. Sydney claims memorization can change a person's behavior, even sexuality. Professor Rae is most disturbed by Sydney's fantasy of mesmerizing and seducing her.     As Professor Rae explains this is sexual harassment, Sydney begins to lick her pantyhose feet heel to toe, biting and kissing them.  Professor Rae does not seem to even realize it's happening. Sydney worships Professor Rae's nylon feet.   While she is bringing Professor Rae deeper, Sydney asks “I can call you Roxie, right?” Professor Rae agrees. Sydney gazes into Professor Rae's eyes and coaxes her deeper into a mesmerized state. They begin to make out, with Sydney gazing into Professor Rae's eyes and bringing her deeper and deeper. "Look into my eyes, Sydney says, and Professor Rae falls deeper and deeper.   Sydney directs Professor Rae to take off her top, revealing her breasts. They kiss a while longer, and then Sydney instructs Professor Rae to go back to the meeting as if nothing was happening, unaware that she's topless. Professor obeys.   Professor Rae is done with the meeting, intending to tell the dean and have Sydney expelled. At this point, Sydney has concerns of her own. Thinking this is ridiculous, Professor Rae invites Sydney to share her concerns. First, Sydney doesn't believe Professor Rae is straight. Professor Rae reminds Sydney that she has a man and is very adamant about the fact that she is indeed straight! Second, Sydney has noticed Professor Rae checking her out in class, especially her feet. Sydney says she has even taken off her shoes on purpose and she caught Professor Rae looking at them every time! Professor Rae again denies this, but her denial is weak, and getting weaker all the time. Sydney suggests maybe Professor Rae likes Sydney's pantyhose feet. At first Professor Rae denies it. Then she is unsure; Sydney's feet are beautiful, after all. Professor Rae begins massaging Sydney's pantyhose feet. When Sydney suggests that Professor Rae should do what she feels, Professor Rae agrees. Professor Rae starts to worship Sydney's pantyhose feet.   Sydney mesmerizes Roxie into more kissing. While they're kissing, Sydney admits she can't remember why she came over. Professor Rae  tells her it was to discuss her paper. Sydney asks what Professor Rae thinks of the paper, Professor Rae admits it's the best she's ever read. In fact, Professor Rae is going to tell the Dean about how well Sydney is doing. Sydney tells Professor Rae  that won't be necessary. Professor Rae says "As you command." Sydney then tells Professor Rae that she's so glad that Professor Rae invited her into her office to discuss how amazing her paper is, but has to get going. Professor Rae never realizes what just happened....
