In this clip I settle back and let the toes and soles do all the work. Lotioning them for super smooth and soft feet, I proceed to stretch, reach, point and intertwine my toes, but most important, broken pinky toe practice. My good foot has no problem snuggling up and onto its neighbor but my poor mangled other pinky toe struggles to move. I have noticed the more I do these exercises the more it strengthens. I also must mention the stretching of long pale soles, flexing and scrunching, with great views of my deep creases and meaty, wrinkled bottoms, as I randomly talk to you.
