I workout, cardio and strength, until I am sweating and out of breath. This video is UNCUT (unedited) so it includes footage of any rests I need, stretching, and sips of water. I do jumping jacks for 1 min, bicep curls for 2 mins, squats for 5 mins (different angles), sit ups for 2 mins, leg lifts for 2 mins, and jump rope for 3 mins. I attempt lunges after squats but am far too tired. I become visibly exhausted around the 15 min mark, catching my breath and taking more frequent breaks for a breath. I power through and finish up my workout of course. The last 30 seconds or so are me catching my breath after I finish my workout!
